Project Management Workshop in Scientific Research

The SPP2311 invites all its members (especially PhD-students and PostDocs) to this year’s Project Management Workshop (online).

The workshop will focus on effective strategies, tools, and best practices for planning, executing, and communicating research projects in an academic context. It is aimed at PhD students, PostDocs as well as Principal Investigators (PIs) and will offer practical insights for both early-career researchers and experienced project leaders.

The workshop will be led by Dr. Michaela Hergersberg, an external coach with extensive experience in project management and academic contexts. For more information, please visit her website: https://www.mh-coaching-training.de/

We’re looking forward to seeing many of you there.
